Macintosh User

1) Using a FTP client software:
Open a FTP client software such as Fetch, go to "new connection," type "pigusaftp.com" as "Host", type in your user ID and password. It then takes you to your home directory.

2) Using a web browser:
Open Internet Explorer* and type "ftp://pigusaftp.com/" as a URL or simply click the link here: ftp://pigusaftp.com, then in a moment you will be asked to type in your username and password. It then takes you to your home directory. To log out, you need to quit the program.
*Safari does not let you browse your folder in the window, instead it opens up your home folder on the desktop and it's "read-only."

3) Desktop browsing:
In Finder, go to "Go" and choose "Connect to Server..." or simply press "command + k." Type "afp://pigusaftp.com" as Server Address anc click on "Connect." Or just click here: afp://pigusaftp.com. Type in your username and password and it takes you to your home folder. To log out, drag the network icon into Trash.




Windows User

1) Using a FTP client software:
Open a FTP client software such as CoffeeCup Free FTP, go to "new connection," type "pigusaftp.com" as "Host", type in your user ID and password. It then takes you to your home directory.

2) Desktop browsing (Windows):
i) Open "My Network Places."
ii) Click on "Add a network place"
iii) In "Add Network Place Wizard," click on "Choose another network location"
iv) Type "ftp://pigusaftp.com/" as "Internet or network address."
v) Uncheck "Log on anonymously" and type in your username.
vi) Name this network place or simply hit Return.
vii) Click on "Finish"
viii) Type in your password at login and it takes you to your home folder.
